Sawna Cwm Cynfal is located in the Cynfal Valley in the beautiful Eryri National Park, North Wales. Relax in style surrounded by nature and with stunning views of the mountains.

With a passion for health and wellbeing, founder Sophie had a vision to bring a little sanctuary of wellness to the local area for people to come and switch off, relax, and enjoy the beautiful  nature. In today's busy world, we all need to unwind from time to time.​

The Sauna:​

​

The sauna is a beautiful, hand-crafted hobbit style sauna, which is wood fired for an authentic, natural feel. It can fit around 3-4 people comfortably, but slightly more if you're happy to squeeze together. The sauna has an adjoining changing room which offers a dry, cosy space to get changed, keep your belongings, and relax during sauna sessions. We also have a cold plunge tub to refresh you after your session, and a hot and cold shower. Our sauna is situated on private land which ensures you won't be disturbed during your visit, so you can fully unwind.

 

 

Location:

Sawna Cwm Cynfal is situated just outside the picturesque village of Llan Ffestiniog. We are 10 minutes from Blaenau Ffestiniog, 20 minutes from Porthmadog, and 30 minutes from Bala and Dolgellau.
